Ski Day - April 2009

Last weekend Cannon took all of the kids up to the mountains to ski. I had to work at the Preschool's spring boutique in the morning, so I couldn't go, but they had a great time. AND, I had a day at home alone.
Cannon came home and said "It turns out Jackson can really ski on his own!" We had taken him a few times this past winter, and he had taken some lessons, but it all came together for him this last weekend. He could ski several runs all by himself!

They went to Sugarbowl. It was the perfect California ski day - almost 60 degrees!

Because of all of the sun, sunblock was a must!!
What a perfect day!

Easter 2009

On Easter we went to Martinez to Mom and Dad's house for dinner, an Easter egg hunt, and lots of fun!
Holbrooks

Cute cousins! Brittany, Devon, and Taylor. Brittany and Taylor are 12, and Devon is 13. Devon and Taylor have the same birthday, they were just born a year apart. They are such good friends! It is nice that they are so close. They do miss their cousin, Megan, who is also 12, and moved to Pennsylvania!

Most of the team - trying to get a good picture! (there are 14 on the team, so there are a few missing)

Waiting for opening ceremonies!

Lining up for opening ceremonies!

Makayla's Birthday

We went to Sacramento for Makayla's 5th birthday party on April 4th! The party was at Bounce Town, and there were tons of bouncy things for all of the kids to play on!
Group shot!
Go Jackson!

Mike and Jaycey

Jaycey, Makayla's little sister, was afraid to go down on her own, so she went down with Taylor, and then with Morgan. She loved it when she went with her cousins!

CJ and Makayla

Even the "big kids" liked it! I went down a few times, and it was fun!!
